Okay, election party .... lots of (bad, I'm sure) food ... God help me.

More thin movies

I'm pretty sure the documentary "thin" was taken off youtube. It was on HBO at one time. Here are some I can find:

Fore the love of Nancy -- one of the better ones
A secret between friends -- eh, ok
The best little girl in the world
Pefect body
Sharing the secret
Little girls in boxes
Dying to dance
The Karen Carpenter story
Intervention: the A&E series has A LOT of anas and buimics
Sharing the secret -- I really like this one
I'm a child anorexic
Super skinny me
The truth about size zero
Dying to be anorexic
Super slim me

oh, models

Okay, I took a long (and needed) break. I have been on the livejournal coomunities, and they're so great for support ... I feel like a new person. I am going to keep up on my posting, now. I'm ready. Bring on November!!!

FAAAATTTTT

Had 1000 cals today. Fast starts NOW. Stupid stupid stupid.

Videos

There are a lot of thinspo videos on YouTube ... I can't seem to find HBO's "Thin" special anymore; it was likely taken down. But there is "I'm a child anorexic." This documentary is one of my favorites, and is several parts. I also love YouTube for music videos, especially ones I use for thinspo (Fiona Apple is my fav.). Also good is "The truth about size zero." Check it out, there's something for everyone there.

Ah, still on track.

Hello all. I've been feeling really wiped out lately, so I just stayed in bed all day yesterday, recovering from my 9-day work week. I'll relax a bit more today, but I need to get caught up on some chores, then I'll be back for some more posts. I'm still bloated, so it's hard to tell how I'm doing. Like I said earlier, I want to come out of this week feeling better than ever. I'll likely have an egg white omlette for lunch (maybe skip breakfast), some oatmeal, then some veggies. I'm hoping I can keep it down to that. If not, maybe some more oatmeal, with some splenda since oatmeal really fills you up, and I often crave sweets later in the day.

Or maybe I can fast ...

Fat fat fat

Ugh. That time of the month and I want to kill everyone :P! Really, though, I'm bloated I think, and I'm hoping after a week I'll be back to normal and not looking like a total cow ... just when I was starting to fall out of my jeans.

PS ... TWO more days out of 9 to go in my work week.

Scene girls seem to all be tiny. Tiny arms, legs and tummies. It's pretty cute. I love it.
