Checklist of things to do instead of eating

[] Try on small clothes

[] clean out the fridge/cupboards
[] vacuum
[] play with a pet

[] go to the mall and try on skinny clothes

[] brush your teeth
[] dust
[] do crunches
[] clean out your closet
